1. We do not accept returns on any products since all the products are customized items, we only accept return if it’s damaged during transportation OR wrong product delivered.
  • We double check the product before shipping, so there is no chance of damaged or manufacturing defect.
  • In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged during transportation OR Wrong product delivered, you must email us at info@palkhifashion.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will provide you further instruction to process the return.

#Reason for returning the product

  1. In case you have ordered the wrong size, we can offer to alter it without a charge for one time. However, shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
  1. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you a refund on a case-by-case basis.
  • You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks from the date on which your package is received by us.
  • We do not refund shipping charges. Once returned, we deduct handling / shipping charges from your order amount.
  1. All returns are subject to verification by our quality team at Palkhi Fashion.
  1. Please note that once the parcel has been sent across, a valid tracking number has to be provided via an email or a telephonic conversation so that we can track the product and get you a confirmation once we receive it.
